Somebody's got models
dropping
like flies in the summer heat, and the owners of Irish Eyes want it
stopped
yesterday. Who's up for the challenge? Why, that'd be Shelby's
Angels—Blain's the right man for the
job. He's hot enough to melt the camera lens, and he's Irish. That's
more than
enough to qualify him for the job.
And where conspiracies
abound
and all are suspect, how will these…err… unusually…talented fellows
going to
save the day?
Stephanie Burke does it
again!
She’s invented a funny, sassy yarn full of toe curling sex, action
packed
suspense and her special brand of tongue in cheek humor that keeps
readers
coming back for more. She's created an ensemble cast that is equal
parts spoof
and homage to the campy fun of PI television shows that have seen new
light at
the box office.
Shelby and her Angels,
while
long on looks and a couple of bottles short of a full makeover, had
this
reviewer laughing and recalling her own university days as a theatrical
costume
designer who moonlighted with the drag queens and fetish crowd. I still
don't
know whether I should pity Shelby and Will, or envy them for having
these dolls
around, but I'd sure like to be sharing a laugh along side them over a
good
Scotch at the end of a case.
Ms. Burke is bang on with
her
characterization and witty repartee of a new style, which displays her
versatility with the written word. May I suggest clicking your way to
Changeling Press to get a copy of this titillating tale? Readers should
be
taking numbers and queuing up for the next episode!
