What's a
woman to do when a man won't take no for an answer? Get mean then start
saying
yes.
In Shelly Laurenston’s,
Go Fetch, Miki Kendrick is
know for her being unstable, mean and refusing to let anyone get to
close.
Dealing with Conall in the way she usually deals with everyone else
just
doesn’t seem to work. Conall Viga-Feilan’s usual demeanor of being
harmless
fools all women except Miki, who sees the alpha in him. Since she sees
the true
him it’s time to stake his claim.
Miki finds
it hard to
forget Conall, who she has given many nicknames, though "Viking"
seems to fit him best. When Conall in no uncertain terms lets his
intention to
have her be known, Miki not letting anyone decide for her gets her back
up.
Deciding to keep as far away as possible from Conall seems to be the
only way
to go, but fate and the pack make that impossible. Conall being up
close and
personal twenty-four seven is more than any woman, no matter how
strong, can
bear.
Conall has
no idea why
such a tiny, big attitude and to smart for her own good woman pushes
his
buttons. It may be her tendency to say "Go Fetch" to him and his pack
mates or the bodacious body of hers that makes him want to sit up and
fetch
anything she likes. When danger threatens Miki he does, as any alpha
would do…protect
her body. It’s getting to go wild with her that is a pleasurable side
benefit
that he could come to live with.
Go Fetch is a
wildly funny,
interesting and sexy story. Miki’s journey of sexuality, trust and love
makes
you cheer, laugh, cry and sigh. Conall is the hero any woman dreams
about, he’s
sexy, caring and willing to take control even if you don't agree. The
interaction
between them, as well as all the other characters, is truly
entertaining. Ms. Laurenston held my
attention from the
first word right through to the last. I
was so enthralled with this second book in the series that I plan to go
and
read the first. I also look forward to the next story in the series
Angelina's
story. Go Fetch was a read I
would recommend to any reader who wants hot sexuality while laughing
out loud.
