Christina
can’t believe what she is thinking. She is twenty-five years old,
unemotional, and
hot sex has been her ideal for quite some time. Yet all of a sudden,
she is
thinking in terms of the one. She
knows that Jack, the man that she is currently having no strings sex
with, is
not the one. In spite of that though, she surely doesn’t mind Jack
sticking
around for a little one on one, until Mr. Right does come along.
What she
really craves is a warrior from the past. She wants a man that won’t
take no
for an answer, that will take her wildly, push her to the limit, and
love her
to within an inch of her life. Luckily enough, she has her opportunity
to
encounter him. When she gasps aloud for a warrior lover, her plea is
answered.
It
is the year 1320 in Scotland. Christina is betrothed
to Marcus.
She is terrified of the thought of marriage and all that it entails.
She has
grown up in a nunnery, never having been exposed to the ways of men.
She has
been groomed to be a warrior’s wife, and now that day has arrived. She
has
feared the thought of sex, all the while secretly being turned on by
it. In the
middle of her marriage vows, she begs for a gentler man, she is about
to get
her wish…
SHOOTING
STARS is one of the greatest time travel romances that I have read. The
characters are highly sensual and in touch with their sexuality. The
storyline
is sweet and romantic and the sex scenes are steamy. What more could
you ask
for in forty six pages? Ms. Andre pens an out of this world novella
that makes
you want to wish on shooting stars and believe in true love, no matter
what the
cost…
