She just wants to have a normal life, but every time something bad starts happening Cougar McKinley shows up to save the day. Mara doesn’t make it easy for Cougar to keep his promise to her, but he’s determined to see it through. Will Mara be able to forgive Cougar when she finds out the truth?
PROMISES KEEP by Sarah McCarty didn’t disappoint. Funny characters, hotter than hot sex and even a little of the women’s movement make this story very interesting. The second of a seven book series is as good as or better than the first. I’m very much looking forward to the third installment; Clint’s story. PROMISES KEEP could easily be read as a stand alone book, but I enjoyed PROMISES LINGER so much I would recommend reading both in order.
