She is
Elise – daughter to the Beta Werewolf and promised mate of the Alpha
male. He
is Mical – Omega wolf with no prospects.
Somewhat sheltered and repressed, Elise yearns for
the freedom of her
wolf form. Yet, when she mates with Mical in that form, she never
anticipated
the trouble that would come from that one moment’s freedom.
A rather
quick tale, Evergreen Island Werewolves: Elise and Mical
is both a love story and a set up for a series.
While the story seems a bit rushed in spots, partly
because a lot of
information is presented very quickly, this is still a satisfying
little tale
reminiscent of Romeo and Juliet, but with a far happier ending. Since reading Elise & Mical's story, I
have found myself wondering what Ms. Tunstall has in store for her
readers, as
we wait eagerly for the next installment.
