Sandra Doyle finds having an affair with the boss is not what it’s cracked up to be and she’s tired of playing second to everything in Pat Petrelli’s life. When a business trip shows Pat’s true colors, Sandra toughens up and sends him packing.
Adain Foley, Captain of the Amy Belle, has “bad boy” written all over him. After a bad ending to a fishing excursion involving Pat and Sandra, Adain finds Sandra wandering around on the dock. A dinner invitation turns into much more when Sandra stays for breakfast.
CATCH OF THE DAY is a short story and I was just getting to know the couple and when, the fun was over. Tulsa Brown does an excellent job of telling a great story in nineteen pages and she really does a super job connecting Adain and Sandra. I didn’t really care for the first person point of view, but other than that, the story and the sex sizzled right along. For an exciting and quick read, hook-up with a copy of CATCH OF THE DAY!
