How do you measure the worth of a man? It’s not what Alison expected. Alison is very attracted to her co-worker/trainer at her new job. Walter, a.k.a. Crash is a good looking, funny and sexy man, who got his nickname Crash by they way he drives his wheelchair. Alison would love to date Crash, but she’s not sure she wants to date someone in a wheelchair.
Crash sees things differently; he’s attracted to Alison too and wants to take her out and to bed. After some serious persuasion, she agrees to go out with Crash. Alison soon learns that Crash’s disability only enhances the wonderful person he’s become. At first, her respect for Crash keeps her from asking questions about his sexual abilities, but Crash isn’t bashful and let’s Alison know up front that he is perfectly capable of giving her what she needs, while getting satisfaction for himself.
THE MEASURE OF A MAN is a touching erotic story, which gives the reader a different view into what’s important in a sexual relationship. I liked the characters; they were both genuine and caring about each others feelings. Crash’s patience with Alison’s questions about his abilities and sexual responses was amazing. I would highly recommend this story, and although it’s an erotic story, there’s so much more to the sex in this story than just pure physical pleasure. I have to applaud Ann Regentin for taking a sensitive subject and making into a beautiful and believable story.
