Katheryn O'Hanlon would do
anything for her nephew Kyle, including face the
demons of her past. Katheryn's childhood was
abnormal, to
say the least. She has no memory of much
after the age of five, except horrifying nightmares about tigers and
someone
named Ty. But now TY is back and
terrorizing her family, especially Kyle. Ty is a renegade
psychic killing anyone who dares to harm
Kyle. Katheryn has been Ty before,
though she
can't recall how. Returning home is
horrifying for Katheryn and dangerous to
her heart as well. Years ago she loved Keith
Randall, only to lose him when she learned horrible truths about him. For fifteen years she has kept Keith at arms
length, no matter how hard her sister Carol has tried to throw them
back
together, but now that he is the psychiatrist working on Kyle's case,
they have
to work together to save the boy they both love.
Everything Katheryn has fought since
childhood,
memories and nightmares come rushing back and threaten all that she is
and all
that she holds dear. Is Keith the man
who can save her? Kyle's stuffed Tygers
are integral to his thoughts and to Ty. Danger surrounds them all.
Could it be
illusion or can toys really kill?
Take a
journey of pure danger and intrigue with Brenna Lyons' amazing first tale of
the Renegade
series, with Tygers. There
are so many details in this story that
are masterfully woven, making a tale that keeps a reader riveted and in
awe of
the author’s talents. In the beginning,
I would have bet money on Ty being the hero in Tygers,
but that was quickly a lost gamble as the fast-paced
story unfolded. Katheryn and Keith fight to
get to the
root of Kyle’s problems to save him, all the while, fighting unrequited
love
and sexual tensions. Katheryn was an incredible
heroine, tough, sarcastic, powerful
and a hell-cat when it comes to her family.
Mere words
cannot describe this incredible tale that just has to be read to be
believed. Ms. Lyons pens mystery
expertly and brings readers all that they could want in a tale. Romance
smoldering beneath the surface, wonder of the Tygers,
family loyalties, suspense, danger and chilling
aspects that have a reader with children, looking at their kids toys
very
differently when they are done reading this.
Tygers is very highly
recommended for readers who enjoy any genre.
Ms. Lyons has only just begun this series, I for
one, hope it never
ends. Tygers is a
thoroughly engrossing erotic tale that is
lively, energizing and superb. Even Ty
is a character the reader will want more of...that might just be
another story
though...
