Four
hundred year old Nathan Cotton's life is in chaos.
He keeps encountering a woman who makes him
feel peculiar. With her touch, Nathan is
taken back to the past, more than thirty years ago, but each time he
awakens,
she is gone. Nathan is disturbed and
frustrated that he can't sense things about this woman, as he normally
would
with others.
Nathan's
friend and cop, Terra, enlists herself to help him uncover the identity
of this
woman and help him deal with his confusion.
But Terra may very well be in danger helping Nathan
this time around.
What happened in Nathan's past? Has he
placed his best friend in grave danger?
Nathan
Cotton is revealed more than ever in The
Truth About Vampires. Fans of
the four hundred year old vampire and Lydia Parks will enjoy the
revelations
that the past holds, we get a glimpse into Nathan and a few questions
are
answered as well. The identity of the
woman isn't revealed early on, so the intrigue and curiosity of who she
is, is
depicted well and the reader second guesses themselves and tries to
discover
who she is before Ms. Parks reveals it.
The sex scenes
are heated and plentiful in the flashbacks and Nathan was seductive as
ever. Ms. Parks puts a new spin on how
vampires
were created and Nathan is once again thought of plenty after the story
is
done. I hope we see Nathan again soon!
