Fearing for
her life when she begins receiving terrifying notes, Brenna Lindsey
contacts
the Coven of the Wolf clan for help. A witch in the coven herself,
Brenna feels
comfortable going to them and knows she can trust Boris and Igor, the
shape-shifting guards, who are assigned to protect her.
One restless night, Brenna has a vision of
evil and a man who possesses power he doesn’t know he has, and a battle
collides between this man and evil. When
Brenna discovers a dead body on her property of a man who was evil to
the core,
the Sheriff is sent for, who Brenna recognizes from her vision as the
man who
has untapped powers. Brenna's body
reacts, he is her mate, and a murderer still runs free...
Sheriff Ty
Buchanan knows he will have Brenna Lindsey at any cost.
His body reacts to hers the first time they
meet and his jealousy rears its head whenever Boris and Igor get too
close to
her. Dealing with the murder, his feelings
for Brenna and discovering a lot about himself, burdens Ty and he isn't
sure
who or what to trust anymore, not even himself...
Evil,
magick, passion and suspense collide and make for an incredible read in
Rae
Morgan's Moon Magick, book two in the Coven of the
Wolf
series. Though it can stand alone, I
think readers will enjoy Moon Magick all the more if
they have
read the first, Destiny's Magick.
Ty is
supreme alpha-male, delicious and protective. I wanted to cuddle with
him! He and Brenna are volatile together,
sparks
fly and its non-stop excitement. While
the story dominates the love scenes, Moon Magick is
still hot
with sexual tensions that run high. Ms. Morgan
pens riveting magick and fantasy, her characters shine and we are left
to want more. I would like to have seen
more of Boris and Igor;
they were definitely powerful characters as well. Twists
and turns, powerful magick, desire,
fantasy, this book has it all! Moon
Magick is a read for a variety of readers.
