Kipling
Stanton is wondering where his life is headed when the science fiction
show he
starred in, wraps up its last season. Kip
heads to the small town in Virginia where his family lives
nearby, to
figure out what to do with his life. Never
expecting to find a woman he could fall for
living next door, Kip
finds Cody Lang, who might just capture the heart of “America’s Hottest Bachelor”.
Cody Lang
doesn’t much care for science fiction and when she meets Kipling when
he moves
in next door, she doesn’t recognize him for the celebrity he is. Cody is in dire need of a husband since she
told her overbearing father she had finally married, and he is coming
to visit
and meet her new man. Once she learns
Kipling is single, she wastes no time in asking him to play the part of
her
husband, never expecting to want the temporary arrangement to become
permanent.
How long
will it be before everyone in town knows who Kipling Stanton really is? ISN’T IT ROMANTIC when love is in the air?
I
absolutely loved Isn’t It Romantic?,
the loosely tied-in sequel to All I Ever Wanted,
by Ellen Fisher. Kipling and Cody are
perfect for one another and
definitely not looking
for love. But fate plays its part,
bringing them together to find happiness. Cody will do anything to
please her
father, no matter how many blows her self-esteem takes.
But Kip quickly becomes her gallant defender
and he endears himself to all of us even more. The
road to happily ever after is never easy,
but Ms. Fisher makes this journey certifiable fun for readers and never
boring
for the characters. Well-written, romantic
and exceptional charisma can describe Ms. Fisher’s latest romantic
comedy. This author has a great talent for
this genre
and I hope she never stops because I enjoy each word she pens that
keeps me
laughing and loving romance!
For great
humour, sensual tension, love and great relationships, I recommend Isn’t It Romantic? by Ellen
Fisher. It is one to be read over and
over for sheer pleasure and pure enjoyment from start to finish.
