Small town living
isn't like other living. As Grace McDaniel can attest, the locals are
different, more eccentric. People know people differently, and know
each other’s business. But that's an advantage as well, when strange
things start to happen and you have to separate the normal from
the paranormal.
After a freak storm rocks Lake Bluff, people start to die. It's not
unexpected – most are older and quite ill. But lots of them die, and
their families all say they didn't think they'd die quite so soon.
That, and the sudden appearance of the new family doctor who's medicine
is as far from traditional as you can get, put Grace on alert that
something is really wrong.
And as much as she doesn't want to, she's going to have to put her trust
in the Doctor who stirs her if she's going to be able to save her town
from this monster.
THUNDERMOON is a 'can't put down' book. The story is intriguing and
paced out to allow the reader to savor the progression of the story and
its characters. Grace is fantastic – deep, strong, brave and yet
hurting so much. Ian is her soul mate – mysterious, understanding, he
sees and wants the real Grace.
This book is a fantastic addition to the Nightcreature series. You
don't need to read the rest to enjoy THUNDER MOON – it stands alone
quite nicely -- but you'll want to read them once you taste this book.
