Storm Cartwright
has done her best to weave a spell around Aiden McCloud. Not only was he
drop dead gorgeous, her magic insisted he needed her. As her sister’s
wedding approached, time ticked away when Aiden would leave. Although
she lusted after the playboy, she had more important things to worry
about - her psychic mandate. The mandate insisted she needed Aiden. The
only way she knew she could get him to cooperate was by underhanded
methods. What’s a little kidnapping between friends?
Aiden wasn’t
averse to doing anything underhanded himself, even if it meant kissing
the beautiful Storm into submission before he could make his escape. He
knew if he remained until after the reception, his life would forever be
changed. No thank you. He liked his life footloose and fancy free.
Only fate and
Storm had other plans. Storm needed to prove to herself and her family
that she wasn’t crazy. Every time she stood near Aiden, her magic faired
to life. Trapped together in the tight space of an RV, they learned
about themselves and each other. But when her magic and his beliefs
collide, sparks snapped. Only when her predictions came true did he
start to believe. But did his trust come to late to save the love they
built between them? Or will a man who didn’t believe magic, show the
woman he loved that the magic between them would last forever?
If you want a hot
ride filled with rip-roaring humor, mixed with a sweet romance, this is
a story for you. Not only are the emotions gripping, they pull you into
the story while laughing and cheering Storm and Aiden’s antics. The only
thing that detracted from the story was the characters perchance to
analyze each other. It was well done, but it pulled me a little out of
the story. I love the romance, the magic and especially the moment when
Storm and Aiden realized their loved. I eagerly await the third and last
story in Annette Blair’s Psychic Witch series.
