Packer and Panna Thorne, the newly appointed King and Queen of Nearing Vast had just arrived at a tiny farmhouse in hopes of resuming their newlywed activities, when a crowd began gathering outside. Knowing that they would have to set their time aside, Packer and Panna began to gear up and present themselves to their people.  Soon singing and shouting could be heard praising Packer and pronouncing him as their king. 

While Packer and Panna were getting comfortable in their new roles, a heart was breaking and a void was felt deep within the old blue seas.  It was the Firefish.  Sad, confused and hurt, it felt abandoned and forgotten. Then it felt anger. 

Now with Packer as king, Packer had some hard choices to make. One of them being, whether to fight or flee from the Drammune that was now hot on their trail. With much prayer Packer knew what he must do. Ultimately, his decision leads to an alliance with his worst enemy, a battle among deadly waters and a heart clenching reunion. 

THE BATTLE OF THE VAST DOMINION,   by George Polivka proved to be the icing on the cake! True to his previous books, Mr. Polivka allows his characters to face oppositions, trails and challenges with strength that only God could give.  Only a mastermind could create a character such as the firefish and allow you to feel its pain, sadness and even joy behind such a dangerous creature. This book along with its first two counterparts is a must read for any inspirational reader and a fabulous addition to any library!
