Had you ever had
deja vu? Did you ever walk down a strange street and know you’ve been
there before but also know that’s impossible? Josh Ryder had that
feeling ever since he was nearly killed in a bomb blast. As the pull of
the past grew stronger, Josh knew he had to find out the answers or go
insane.
As the past haunted his dreams and tugged at his soul, Josh was
determined to find out all he could about his ‘condition’. The doctors
can’t find anything wrong with him. Desperate for answers, he turned to
a group that dealt with reincarnations. But as he dug himself deeper
into the past, the future raced out of his control. Now as the past and
the future were about to collide, Josh must decide if the past was worth
relieving or if the future was where he should concentrate. Philosophers
say that you are supposed to study the past so as not to make the same
mistakes in the future. Unfortunately, some things are beyond our
control. Josh was determined to face his destiny and come out the
winner.
This book is a real eye-opener for me. Not only was the writing superb,
the storyline itself captured my attention. M.J. Rose masterfully weaved
the past and present together to form a unique and very enjoyable novel.
The main character is very likeable, and I enjoyed learning about his
past and present along with him. If you want a book that stands out from
the rest, that is not predictable or your normal, everyday book, you
don’t want to mist this new novel, The Reincarnationist.
