she starts to dig deeper into the drugs history.
Immediately
Jessica’s life is threatened, throwing her into a dangerous
investigation with Zach. The drug, the company and the people she
trusted are suddenly under suspicion, and she can either run, saving
herself and her family, or work with Zach to find the truth, putting
them both in danger.
She was brought up
to live with the truth.
A NECESSARY RISK
is a fast-paced adventure and a well-written romance. I enjoyed Jessica
and Zach, as they were both characters with depth and history and they
worked well together. Jessica was a bit impulsive for someone in her
line of work, but it put her in situations that pushed Zach to overcome
his own issues, so it worked. An enjoyable book from a line that rarely
lets me down.
