I suppose there are a whole lot of theological things to be said about this book. I’m sure there are things I should know, be sure of etc. but the only thing I can say is ‘wow’. How refreshing it is to hear that God will always love me. Now, it’s not that I don’t know this already. I do believe in the eternal salvation of the believer, that if we feel far from God, it’s us that moved, but how good it is to read it and know that others do believe so also.

How good it is to know that my small life does fit into the bigger picture of God’s glorious story. “You’re not defined by what you’ve done you’re defined by who pursues you.” This is the statement on the back of the book and tells the content of the story inside.
Part I: A Romance to Be Embraced: The Passion that Drew You
Part II: A Courtship to be nurtured: The Purpose that Keeps You
Part III: A Marriage to be consummated: The Power That Binds You
These three parts are broken into smaller chapters 13 chapters covering everything from Why He Can’t Resist You, Finding the Person God Made You to Be, The Divine Proposal and The Veil is lifted among others. It is a good book about the author of our lives.
If you’re tired of running after or to God, then, try this book and rest in the hope that He will never let you go
