I CAN'T DO IT ALL. BREAKING FREE FROM THE LIES THAT CONTROL US by Peterson, Bottke and O'Brain

Unfortunately, living in a fallen world lies assault us, seep into our psyche and rule our lives. These three authors bravely share the deepest experiences of their lives, some based on lies that ruled them and some just deep.

Some of the issues are not lies, but simply common life problems shared by many women and the answers these women give are based on scripture and followed by life learned advice.

Chapters: I need a man/baby/career/money to be happy and fulfilled, I can do it all, True Love is like a Romance novel, I can be young forever, were my favorites and I especially liked the Personal Application at the end of the chapters. Although these are my favorite chapters, all chapters had some element of truth in them and are applicable to some aspect of my life.

I would encourage this book for women’s bible studies and individual studies. If you have been living a little delusional with the world pressing in on all sides, you should pick up a copy of this book. It’s as shallow or as deep as you need/want it to be.
