Krisa is a bride-to-be. She has been purchased by an aristocrat and en route to her new life. She is a sheltered girl who longs for an adventure but is resigned to her future. Kurt Teague is a prisoner. A criminal wanted for murder, he is a Feral. His people are known for their will to survive and their possessive nature. The ship they are on crashes and Krisa has no choice but to trust Teague.
Planet X is a riveting tale of survival and love. At first glance, it would be hard to believe that Krisa could last in a harsh environment but she is stronger than she looks. Her strength of character and will comes across as the story progresses. She becomes worthy of Teague and can stand her ground with him. Teague is man who survived his past and present. He has sustained tremendous pain and is still standing. His character shows a softer side as his relationship with Krisa develops. The electricity that flows between them is powerful. The intense sexual attraction just keeps getting hotter and hotter. The sexual scenes are perfectly written for these two.
Action on every level is how this reader would describe Planet X. It is a non-stop story as Krisa and Teague find a way to stay together with all that is thrown at them. From her fiancée who wants what he paid for to Teague’s old buddy who does them no favors, this reader was entranced by this story. The author ended the story in such a way that a sequel could be written and this reader would love to learn what happens to them after they reach Alpha Lyrae!!!
