Your Days Are Numbered…And Clay Ryker Knows It.
Clay Ryker is a failure. His marriage is over, his business sunk and he has come home.
(This book is a little confusing, in that, there are some things that seem to be evident, like I should know it already, yet I didn’t understand. I know now, that this is the second book and you really should read the Dark to Mortal Eyes books first. Good to know!)
But, back to the story. Clay Ryker returns home, but this time he’s got a bigger problem. Every time he touches someone’s skin, Clay sees the person’s time of death. Or his expiration date. To make matters more compelling there is a killer on the prowl and Clay works with investigator Vince Turney to bring the killer
in, but his new ‘gift’, along with being a help, is also a huge hindrance. And, to balance things out, Clay is hiding a secret that could totally undo his world, but he just might have to reveal it if ‘good’ is to win the battle with ‘evil’ in this suspenseful story. And that involves his estranged family!
Author Eric Wilson gives the reader a scary ride in Expiration Date (I suggest getting Dark to Mortal Eyes first).
