Each story blends seamlessly into the next as you read this wonderful anthology. Next up was “Faunciation” by exceptional Becca Furrow and her twist on a magic forest. Two people lusting for the other in the modern world. But what happens when you throw in a centaur, a faun and a rabbit mixing things up. The reader will be pleasantly surprised at the results!
Next, you are tantalized by Karen Maderville’s “For His Delight” and you get pulled into her world where one man’s fantasy becomes reality when his lover decides to spice things up a little one winter’s night. After that, be amazed at Kendra Clark and her “Hot Winter’s Night”. This is tale of a man who is lusting for his sexy employee. Would his dream girl be willing to risk everything she worked for to be with him? That is the question Bryce has for Winter in this captivating tale and this reader was amazed at how fast the sparks flew off the pages!
Then, how naughty can you get with C’ann Inman’s “Naughty and Nice” next on the list? Well a whole lot after reading this excellent story. Alana was bored with her life, never seeing her husband and being replaced by his work was just plain irritating. So one night dressed to the nines, goes to a special party for the holiday. What happens there will make you wish it was the holiday season all over again. Seamlessly flowing into “Run For Your Life” by Barbara Baldwin, this reader was thrilled to find a new twist on an old tale of woman on the run and bad man after her. She delivers a heart-pounding ride as Emily finds the love she wasn’t looking for and Tyler finds a woman who is his perfect match. Throw in a crazy ex boyfriend, snowstorm and the wilderness, and you have the magnificent tale to be sucked into.
Jenna Howard introduces us to the Drummond sisters and the Durst brothers in this wonderful story called “Thawing Winter”. Determined to save their family business, each sister will truly find what they are looking for and Ms. Howard starts it all off with good girl Winter and bad boy Lucas. To take a chance on love, Winter will have to risk her most prized possession to Lucas in order to get what she has been searching for all her life: Her Heart. Be drawn in as I was in this great beginning of the Drummond sisters. Ms. Howard is an exceptional writer that will keep the reader on their toes with a bated breath! After that, be pleasantly surprised at Katherine Smith’s “The Lesson”. Christina had it all, marriage to a exceptional man and a fairy tale life but sometimes fairy tales have secrets that need to be telling and this reader was amazed at how “The Lesson” will keep the fires blazing hotter than ever as lessons are learned in the art of pleasure!
The final two stories of this enthralling anthology are the “The Painted Lady” by Tilly Greene and “The Resolution Solution” by Peggy Hunter. Each of these stories will definitely find the reader squirming up a storm and waiting for their significant other to come home. The Painted lady will tantalize you as Ms. Greene takes you into the world of body art and pillow books. With her flair for crafting an exceptional stories, be drawn in to a world where art imitates life and raw sensuality is sure to melt any icy heart. Finally, the coup de resistance in this anthology is “The Resolution Solution” and Ms. Hunter wields her voice with amazing results. Alana makes a New Years resolution and in one night, his whole world is rocked by that one resolution. Making a New Years Resolution had never been more fun or so titillating!
All in all, this is truly a sensual delight to read on a winter’s cold night! So be prepared to be captivated as Winter Wishes brings you much seductive delight and many wishes to make.
