Emma Howard and Tucker Martin are neighbors. They have been going out together but Emma calls a halt to it when it gets to hot for her. It made her a more complete character and stronger partner for Tucker. Tucker is a man with his eyes on the prize. He is charming, sensitive and very sexy. He turns on all his seductive powers to win her. Emma and Tucker’s relationship is the central core of this story as the author takes the reader on a highly erotic trip. The sexual tension is set on high and only gets hotter as these two try to work out their problems. The two lead characters are fully realized and the storyline moves at a brisk pace. It is a smooth flowing story as we watch these two move toward their happily ever after.
Heat Wave is the second book in the Summersville Secrets series by N.J. Walter. It is a highly enjoyable erotic ride as Emma and Tucker unfolds before our eyes. The author creates magnetic heroes and heroines thus Ms. Walter has become one of my favorite authors. She is definitely on my auto-buy and auto-read list!
