Promises
by Jo Barrett, is an intriguing romance that is a wonderful read. Bobbi
and Travis come together in their own grief, with danger lurking in the
shadows that could tear them apart. Both characters come to realize a
lot about themselves and ultimately each other. With the heat of every
moment and murderers on their tail as they try to out-run them, Bobbi
and Travis can’t escape the undeniable connection they have, beyond that
of just caring about Jason. Ms. Barrett writes a deeply moving story
with intrigue and suspense which blends very well together.
