Minister Charity Phillips has worked hard to keep her walk with God pure despite her unwanted divorce. She has made a good home for her child and begun a new business as a Christian therapist, even employing her sister Iesha as a receptionist.
While in prison, Joseph Nelson has a chance to get his life right with the Lord. When he sees a magazine article showing Charity, he is sure the Lord has her picked for his wife upon his release. Emmitt, Charity’s ex-husband, begins soul searching of his own and decides he wants to be a full time father and husband. He begins a suit for child custody.
