Lady Caroline Seton is a society enigma, and she likes it that way. She can do things that other women of her stature only dream of, but it’s also a lonely life. When she catches a glimpse of the notoriously naughty Jack Shaw at a party, her body aches to break her loneliness. But her heart holds a secret that, even after one devastating kiss from Jack, she can’t release.
One kiss and two years of chasing later, Jack Shaw is about to catch his quarry. Caroline has been deliberately evading him, but he knows there’s a connection between them that, once cornered, she won’t be able to deny. One night of intense passion and surprising revelations, however, only serve to leave Jack right back where he started…Chasing Caroline.
Wow! CATCHING CAROLINE is a wonderfully crafted short that holds you riveted to it’s all too soon end. Caroline is an interesting heroine who has the intense passion of your typical heroine, but has a heart of honor that she listens to, much to the hero’s chagrin. Jack Shaw—just the name alone conjures the image of a rake and a determined one at that. Terrific characters, heated sex scenes, and descriptive writing all await you in CATCHING CAROLINE. This is my first Sylvia Day book, but it won’t be my last. Wait…where are you going? Come back…ugh, well, hopefully you went to catch your own copy.
