TIP OF THE ICEBERG by Ann Jacobs

Casey Weldon’s life has undergone a tremendous change. After suffering from cancer, his wife died, and on her deathbed made him promise to change things for their children. So in the middle of his grieving, he packs up his kids, quits his job as an NFL quarterback and moves to North Carolina to be the Athletic Director at his alma mater. Unfortunately, things are not as wonderful as they could be. The athletic program at State is riddled with problems, his kids seem to hate the change, and Casey feels guilty because he misses sex. Not just the vanilla sex he and his wife Susan shared, but hot, steamy, sex with a woman who can handle him. When a point shaving investigation brings him into contact with TJ Thomas, he thinks he might have found the perfect woman.

As a security guard and part time professor, TJ is almost where she wants to be professionally in her life. Personally though, she’s just about given up hope of finding someone who can fulfill her physically and emotionally. When she meets Casey, she’s attracted to him but thinks he’d never look at her twice. Yet the dangerous situation and their close proximity make them examine themselves as well as each other. Can she be with Casey believing that he’s still in love with his deceased wife?

Tip of the Iceberg is an engaging and suspenseful story chock full of emotion. Casey and TJ have a chemistry that is apparent right from the beginning. Their journey to discover each other sexually will keep you turning the pages long into the night while their emotional exploration will keep you engaged right up to the end. In addition to the emotional and physical aspects of the story, Ms. Jacobs also keeps you on the edge of your seat with the suspenseful plotline. You’ll finish this book and want more!
