Captain Quinn Logan is lead detective on a serial killer case that has him and the entire department at wits end. The killer has murdered at least ten women, all blond and around the age of twenty-two. The police department issues a warning to all young blonds to get out of town for a while. When a fellow officer is stabbed by the killer, Quinn meets Dr. Gabrielle Reddick.
Gabi has always taken care of herself. She’s had to having grown up in an alcoholic family. She’s older than the serial killers victims so while she’s scared, she thinks she’s out of danger and stays to keep working at her already understaffed clinic. When one of her patients becomes the killer’s latest victim, Gabi unwittingly puts herself in the path of the killer.
Quinn can’t get Gabi out of his mind and will do anything to keep the killer from murdering another innocent woman. At least that’s what he keeps telling himself, but when he moves in with Gabi to “protect” her, their mutual passion will not be denied. Running for their lives, will Gabi and Quinn find true love together before the killer finds them?
Rachel Carrington is a master at prolonging suspense. She weaves hints about who the killer is here and there so that one minute you think you know who it is and the next your not so sure anymore. Both Quinn and Gabi are strong and independent characters that through their horrific race for survival learn that trust and love are better shared. TILL WE MEET AGAIN is filled with spine tingling suspense and hot passionate characters. Anyone who loves romance laced with intrigue, this is the book for you. Just be sure to not read it at night. *BUMP* Did you hear that?
