Amelia Baird has lived a full and successful life. She’s raised four wonderful children, and built from the ground up a million dollar furniture delivery and repair business with her husband, David. While her children are happy and her business is thriving, Amelia is discontent. She can’t even remember the last time her and David had sex, let alone having the desire to do anything about it.
David Baird has controlled the day in and day out aspects of their still expanding business since the start. Now that the children are grown, David is able to put more focus on the business and its expansion into other cites across the states. However, he’s lost sight of his relationship with Amelia.
Amelia and David agree to divorce amicably, but decide to tell the children after their surprise twenty-fifth anniversary party. However, the surprise is on them when their children give them a ten day cruise on the Mexican Riviera. No matter what excuse Amelia and David throw out, their children already have everything covered. So Amelia and David agree to go and just enjoy the cruise, after all, they’ll have their laptop and cell phones right? Close quarters and conniving children threaten to derail their clean plans for divorce when they realize the old flame called “desire” isn’t quite so old after all.
In an industry overflowing with new love and romance, MATCH TO FLAME is a refreshing tale about love renewed. “Happily ever after” more often then not turns into late night bottle feedings, soccer Saturdays, and late nights filled with flipping channels. Caitlyn Willows has packed HEA hope into a small package that should be tagged with a warning label—“May cause you to reinvent your sex life with your husband.” Amelia and David are everyday people that any reader can identify with. So break out the matches and fan that flame of desire with MATCH TO FLAME.
