Tough
as nails, Angelina “Angie” Santiago didn’t know what to think after she
woke up
in a strange place after having just been attacked by were-hyenas. She
takes
great delight in tormenting the yummy man who she is now forced to stay
with
for protection. Her amazement about her lack of aversion to his touch
leads her
to wish that she weren’t so averse to being touched. If she can get
over her
hang up and trust in him Angie just might find something unexpected.
Nikolai
Vorislav is saddled with a houseguest after his brothers kidnap her,
although
they say it was for her own good. Nik finds something about her
tantalizing but
isn’t quite sure what to do with this alluring, crazy, foul mouthed,
and
irritating female. But one thing is for certain he has to fight his
attraction
for her or chance losing his much-treasured bachelorhood.
HERE
KITTY, KITTY is a marvelous read. Shelly Laurenston has created a
female
character that doesn’t wait for things to happen and is more than able
to take
care of herself, and is a bit scary even to the people who know her.
Angie is
also best friends with two other females who are just as tough and
frightening
as she is. Angie is the exact type of character I love -- a take-charge
kind of
girl who doesn’t let what comes at her phase her, nor waits around for
a male
to protect her. She’s a human surrounded by Weres and who will not
hesitate to
confront them. HERE KITTY, KITTY is a must read and Shelly Laurenston
has won a
loyal reader in me.
