Callie
can’t believe it when Bret asks her to go to Hawaii for Valentine’s Day weekend.
She
doesn’t want to go, but finally agrees after he strong-arms her into
it. The
trip is free, after all, he won it, so what’s the harm in taking it
with a man
she has been friends with forever? There’s a lot of harm in it. He’s
sinfully
sexy, available and trying to talk her into indulging in a little bit
of sex
play with him. And the problem with that is? Callie is a size fourteen,
overly
curvy, and average looking. Bret can have any woman that he wants, even
a
centerfold. Callie isn’t centerfold material, and she knows it. She
refuses to
be Bret’s flavor of the month and end up hurt when it is all over, and
he
leaves her for Miss January.
Bret
doesn’t want Miss January. Bret wants Callie. She is beautiful,
voluptuous, and
amazing. He has wanted her since he was fifteen years old, and he is
ready to
take her. He just has to convince her that he doesn’t want Miss January
or a
roll in the hay. He wants her, she is centerfold material to him, she
couldn’t
be a more perfect MISS FEBRUARY, or more perfect for him. He intends to
woo her
on their trip until she can’t refuse him…
MISS
FEBRUARY is a steamy treat! The vivid imagery alone is enough to make
you turn
the fan on. Ms. Hayes creates sizzling dialogue between Bret and Callie
that
the reader won’t soon forget. Bret is one of the most prolific
characters that
I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting between the pages of a book. He
explains
in explicit detail what he wants to do to Callie and how he will give
her
pleasure. Just the thought of his explanations is making me a little
flushed.
MISS FEBRUARY is sexy, arousing, and real. I always enjoy books where
the main
characters aren’t perfect. The real woman isn’t perfect and it is never
any fun
to envy the perfect characters in books. I loved Callie’s insecurities
and
fears; they were real and charming. Turn on your fan, grab something
cold to
drink, and curl up with MISS FEBRUARY, it’s a sizzler.
