Sisterchicks everywhere, unite!
Another rollicking tale has been shot forth from Robin Jones Gunn.
This time we travel to Mexico.
Sisters Melanie and Joanne discover they have inherited beachfront property in Mexico from an uncle. Their aunt provides them passage on a cruise line to lay claim to their new found wealth. Travel along as the two make their way south aboard an ocean liner full of fun.
Joanne, the older sister, is seen by the younger as confident and accomplished. Her life has been one of travel and service. In contrast, Melanie is a wife and mother. Not unhappy with her lot in life, she feels it pales in comparison. The story told from Melanie’s perspective allows the reader to watch her grow and evolve into the woman God planned.
This volume is full of sisterchick chance encounters and funny stories. From a cake decorating contest to spending the night in a farmer’s adobe hut, the adventures abound. And every incident adds to the spiritual character of the women. Don’t miss this fun adventure down south. Vaya con Dios!
