The sultry and wildly exciting island of Key West is the setting and title of the third and final installment in Lacey Alexander’s HOT IN THE CITY series. Key West is best known for its electrifying party reputation as well as its fabulous historical sites. This book is extremely HOT and as you see in the publisher’s note, it’s not for the faint of heart. Some scenes are graphic and explore a side of sex that some may find offensive.
Good girl Carrie Marsh has just arrived in Key West for her honeymoon. After catching her maid of honor going down on her fiancé in a closet at the wedding rehearsal, Carrie heads off on the honeymoon alone. Upon her arrival, she sets out to exchange her romantic couple excursion tickets for something more fun and exciting for singles. What she finds at the ticket booth is the hottest, sexiest man she’s ever seen. The hunky ticket guy convinces Carrie to walk on the wild side and take the Party Cruise.
Chris McCann has lived and worked on the island of Key West for years and never wants to leave. He works at the ticket booth as well as several other odd jobs just until he’s able to pay off his boat. When Carrie, the heart-stopping babe, walks up to his booth to exchange couples tickets for singles, Chris makes sure her selections include his excursions. Sensing Carrie’s need to cut loose, Chris makes sure he will be the one to release her inhibitions.
As Chris helps Carrie awakens sexually, she finds that things she always thought were repulsive are actually exciting and turn her on. Carrie knows that she could never cut loose with anyone but Chris and he makes everything more thrilling. Until Chris, Carrie had only been with one other man, her rotten fiancé. Chris is a free spirit and he intends to help Carrie open up and find her hidden sensuality and forget about the jerk who hurt her. It doesn’t take long for this couple to push each other past their sexual limits. Can hot sex turn into true love?
Carrie is the baby of the Marsh family and like Liz from FRENCH QUARTER; Carrie is a good girl waiting to explore her deeper sexual desires. Also like her sisters, Carrie finds a man experienced in the erotic side of sex and who can help her open up and experience things she would never experience otherwise. All three books in this series are extremely hot and push sexual boundaries to the extreme. Each book can stand alone, but also gives the reader insight into the books before and after.
Lacey Alexander has written probably one of the hottest erotic series of our
time. The characters are real and without a lot of excess baggage. They
are there for sexual discovery and man, do they discover. KEY WEST comes
highly recommended as do the other two books in the series FRENCH
QUARTER and SIN CITY.
I hate to see this series end, but I am highly anticipating Ms.
Alexander’s next creative gift.

innocent Carrie Marsh is dying to be a little bit bad. Who wouldn’t be,
after
catching their fiancé in a compromising situation? So she takes
her honeymoon
alone, to Key West,
Florida. A
little relaxation, some sun and a
lot of fun. What could be better? Chris, the sexy tour guide who helps
her plan
her itinerary, convinces her to indulge in The Party Barge, a
snorkeling
cruise, and that is only the start. She has no idea what Chris is about
to
convince her to do.
Chris is
intrigued by the sweet, innocent, blonde wearing an “Angel” t-shirt. He doesn’t think that she knows the first
thing about being a hot, bad girl, until she shows him just what she is
made
of. He talked her into going on The Party Barge, thinking that she
would be
shocked and appalled at what she encountered there. The guys and girls
on that
boat party hard, no holds barred. That sweet little thing won’t know
what hit
her on that boat.
He couldn’t
be more wrong about that. He is the one that doesn’t know what hit him.
She
knocks his socks off! First, she gets a little tipsy on some rum punch,
and
then she takes his dare and enters the wet t-shirt contest. And wins!
Chris is
now more than intrigued with her, he wants her, badly. He decides that
while
she is on this vacation, he will teach her all about being bad. The
only
problem is, when her vacation is over, he might be a little reluctant
to let
his bad girl go. He might want to keep her…
Carrie is
attracted to Chris, in a major way. She can’t even fight what the
feelings he
inspires in her. He makes her want to be bad, very, very bad. Worse, he
makes
her want to enjoy it. She suddenly finds that she can’t get enough of
being a
naughty girl, being bad is certainly better. Especially when it’s being
bad
with Chris, and for Chris. The more time that she spends with him,
learning
about her inner bad girl and encouraging her to come out and play, the
more
time that she wants to. Carrie might find it awfully hard to leave her
bad girl
lifestyle behind, to go back to her boring, staid, predictable good
girl
routine. Will she be able to let Chris go?
KEY WEST is
a scorcher! Carrie and Chris set the island on fire and make it burn
slowly.
The two of them, along with an extremely sexy stream of characters,
have a ton
of fun on a small island. If you ever thought you might like to visit
the Keys,
this book will definitely cement your plans. I wanted to head down
there myself
after reading this hot, steamy tale of self-exploration, lust and
carnal
desires. Carrie finds herself and what she has been longing for in a
sizzling,
sex-filled environment. Ms. Alexander’s third installment in this sexy
series
doesn’t disappoint.
Take note:
KEY WEST features female/female and male/male sexual situations, public
sex and
voyeurism – definitely not for the faint of heart! If these situations
