Feeling
betrayed, shattered and heart-broken, Maggie Chantel fled San Francisco, determined never
to return. Two years ago Maggie’s
sister, Glenda, was found dead. Maggie spent

hopes to open her own personal trainer business and sets about building a clientele. Maggie and Scout soon meet Nick Alessandro, a man
who has been through hell and tragedy in his own life.
The Alessandro clan “adopts” Maggie and Scout, accepting them into their
family and are willing to protect them at all costs.
Maggie and Nick come together in undeniable passion, fear and love. Maggie tries to keep her heart safe from Nick, but
his love and his belief in her make it impossible to be indifferent to Nick and the love
that she so desperately wants to grab hold of and never let go.
But
will Maggie realize that Brent Templeton, seeking revenge, is in Blanchefleur before it is
too late? Brent is determined to make Maggie
pay for ruining his life, taking his home and his dog. Maggie must decide to stand and
fight along side Nick and the Alessandro family or to leave the first place she has felt
completely safe in over a year.

London’s latest tale, WITH HER LAST BREATH leaves readers breathless. Fast-paced, a splash of romance and
pulse-pounding danger, make this tale a MUST read for any reader. It is an exciting and suspense filled story that
kept me on the edge of my seat from the very beginning.
Maggie is a strong character who is a survivor and will do anything to
overcome her fears and to avenge her sister’s name.
The secondary characters add a lot to this tale, with their family bonds and
loyalties, as well as charm. Nick was a concern for me though. When we first met him, he was still dealing
heavily with his guilt and other emotions over the death of his wife. I got the strong sense that Nick was still very
much in love with his deceased wife and the sudden and intense feelings he had for Maggie,
were a bit surprising to me. But I guess the
love of a good woman and all that....<g> But this in no way over-shadowed any of the
suspense, the in-depth characters or the danger in this story. I was captivated throughout it all, waiting
to see when Brent Templeton would strike next.
WITH
HER LAST BREATH keeps readers on the edge of their seats with baited breath. I highly recommend this latest powerful story by
