into the lives of the Reeka Warriors, the Daamen Traders and the other planets. There are strong-willed women, sexy and sinful
Traders who will do anything for their loved ones and readers will never get enough of
them! We get a lot of insight into Dana, her
reasons for distrusting men and her deepest desires.
Dana is an amazing character who captivates the reader for her strength alone. Dana and Garret are explosive together and it is
an adventure being with the two of them.
Ms.
Verdenius writes loyal and believable characters who kick butt and take names later. The dialogue is snappy, witty and adds humor to
tense situations. It is a battle of the
sexes, as always, between the Reeka’s and the Daamen’s and the added battle of
the Northlander and Southlander sector’s are just as enjoyable. It’s an emotional roller-coaster with
spectacular battle scenes, intense dangers and passionate writing in the pages of HEART OF
THE BETRAYED. Readers are swept away in this
tale and are hesitant to come back! If
readers are looking for an author with superb imagination, loyalty in her characters,
exciting other worlds, along with intrigue and danger, then Angela Verdenius is the one to
read. Her tales are ones that I am making a
point to never miss out on.
I am
thrilled that the Heart and Soul Series isn’t over yet. Book 4, LOVE’S SWEET ASSASSIN is set for
release in November 2003, where we get insight into the mysterious Kiile, whom we met in
the previous tales in this series. Then Book
5, SOUL OF A HUNTER in February 2004, and Book 6, LOVE’S BEWITCHING THIEF in June
2004.
