I can not
say how surprised I was when I read that statistics show that over 2 million couples
experience infertility issues when they try and become pregnant. I never imagined that the statistics were that
high and I believe I shed at least that many tears during this touching true story.
The courage
of Carrie Ostrea to write her and her husband’s journey is amazing to me. To allow millions of people to read about such
intimate and private moments in their lives, shows their courage and their selflessness. To bring other couples coping with infertility
and/or adoption issues even a small ray of hope is telling of these two people that would
wish the best for others.
Whether or
not you are going through the processes of infertility and/or adoption, this book is
definitely one to read. I have known others
that have gone through these processes, but reading the day to day and minute to minute
roller coaster emotions gave me a better understanding of what couples go through.
