But is attraction enough for Ariana and Quinn to accept their destiny and fall in love? Is it the bond from a past life that makes them feel the way they do? Is the past destined to repeat itself and will Ariana die if she gets involved with Quinn? Can their love be strong enough to overcome the past and the evil that is determined to keep them apart?
Lynn Warren has matched up romance and suspense to perfection. Ariana and Quinn’s lives start at opposite ends of the world, one in magic, the other, reality, and Ms. Warren’s creative writing is the magnet that brings them together. I especially enjoyed the setting of the book being in Arizona. It was a delight to imagine romance and intrigue taking place in my own backyard. Lynn Warren is the real ESSENCE of the book and I look forward to more from her in the future.
