Will Jenny and Chance even have a future once the past is resurrected?
A
wonderful love story can be found in the pages of CHANCE McCALL by Sharon Sala. Chance is a strong, mysterious cowboy who saunters
right off the pages and into the heart of the reader.
The pain he endures, the temptations he struggles with in keeping his
distance from Jenny, as well as his honour, show he is a man that any woman would be lucky
to have in her life and that he has a heart of gold beneath his gruffness. Jenny is one lady who is tough, yet soft, and will
do anything to get her man. Jenny grew up to
be a fine young spitfire who can handle anything and also becomes endearing to the reader.
Ms.
Sala writes secondary characters that fulfill the bonds of friendship and family for
Chance and Jenny and bring the reader a closeness to home they might identify with. The mystery of learning about Chances past
was intriguing and there were also a few unexpected surprises along the way that I was
shocked to read. Ms. Sala has written a
poignant love story mixed with a bit of mystery that is highly recommended from this
reviewer!
